Maintenance Import
This page contains general information and will be detailed and illustrated on Nov 24th.
This module allows you to update the maintenance status of the entire fleet simultaneously using Excel files. This is especially useful when migrating data from old systems or receiving reports from service centers.
File Requirements
The column headers in the Excel file must exactly match the structure below (in Lithuanian), regardless of your user interface language.
1. Identification
The system recognizes the vehicle by one of two columns (at least one is mandatory):

2. Technical Data
Other columns specify maintenance tasks. The system expects to find information about interval and last service.

Import Workflow and Errors
After uploading the file, the system will provide a detailed result window:
- Created / Updated: Successfully processed records.
- Skipped: Rows where neither VIN nor license plate was found.
- Warnings:
- Example: "Mileage lower than previous". The system will save the new value but inform you about the discrepancy.
If you don't have data for a specific part (e.g., don't know when the fuel filter was changed), leave the cell in the Excel file empty. The system will simply skip that field and not change existing information.
