The Transport module is the central hub for managing your fleet.

Required Permissions
- Transport View (minimum)
What You Can Do Here
- Quickly access key Transport areas (Fuel Cards, Reservations, Trip Logs, Issues, Fuel Refuelings)
- See high-level operational status (e.g. open items that require action)
Key Features
- Fuel Cards: Manage fuel cards assigned to vehicles or drivers.
- Reservations: Book vehicles for trips.
- Trip Logs: Log trip details including mileage and fuel consumption.
- Issues: Report and track vehicle maintenance issues.
- Fuel Refuelings: Track fuel usage and costs.
Dashboard
The Transport dashboard provides a quick view of:
- Active reservations
- Open issues
- Recent trip logs
Common Interactions
Double-click
- Double-click on a row: open details/edit (where supported by the list/grid)
Right-click (Context Menu)
- If the page uses a DataGrid with context menu, right-click on a row to open actions like Edit, Copy, History, Delete (varies by page).
