Returning a Vehicle
When you are finished using the vehicle, you must return it in the system. This is done by clicking the Return button in the active transport block.
Step 1: Trip Log Check
In the first step, the system checks if all trip logs are in order.
- If GPS is present: The system automatically checks the data.
- If no GPS: The system will check if you have filled in trip logs for the distance traveled. If mileage justification is missing, the system will not allow you to proceed with the return.
Step 2: Return Data
In this step, the final condition of the vehicle is recorded.
Required Fields
- Return Mileage:
- Must be greater than or equal to the pickup mileage.
- Must match the actual vehicle mileage.
- Fuel Level: Select the actual fuel level.
- Condition Notes: If new defects or scratches have appeared, be sure to describe them.
Photos
To avoid disputes regarding the vehicle's condition, it is mandatory to upload 4 photos:
- Front
- Back
- Left
- Right
Tip
You can take photos directly with your phone by clicking on the photo upload field.
After filling in all data and uploading photos, click Finish to complete the return. The vehicle will become available for other drivers.
